These are the terms for using yta.co.il and your account on it. The site is operated by Shivuknet – Artur Kalandarov, 67 Zalman Shazar St., Tel Aviv ("YTA" or "we"). Using the site means you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Anyone who orders an ad is also bound by the advertiser terms, which prevail if the two differ.
The site currently runs as a demo. Its data, orders and payments are simulated and kept only in your browser. An order placed in the demo creates no obligation for anyone.
1. What the site offers
YTA lets businesses advertise inside videos on YouTube channels we manage. The site has information about the service, a channel catalog for registered advertisers, ordering and payment, account areas for advertisers and channel owners, and reports. Channel data comes from YouTube Analytics and is correct as of the date shown next to it. A channel's past data does not promise future views, beyond the guaranteed minimum in the advertiser terms.
2. Your account
- Accounts are for businesses and people aged 18 or over. Anyone opening an account for a business confirms they are authorised to act for it.
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date. Each business opens one account.
- Keep your password secret. You are responsible for actions taken in your account. If you suspect someone else has accessed it, write to us at once.
- We may decline, suspend or close an account if false details were given, if it is used for political or prohibited advertising, or if these terms are breached. A paid order that was not delivered is handled under the advertiser terms.
- You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing hello@yta.co.il.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use the site to break into it or disrupt it, scrape data from it automatically, impersonate others, upload malicious files or content that infringes rights or the law, or get around the ban on political advertising.
4. Intellectual property
The content, design, formula, code and data on the site belong to us or to their rights holders. Do not copy or use them without written permission. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC. YTA is an independent service with no business relationship with Google or YouTube.
5. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the site running continuously, but there may be interruptions, faults and maintenance. We may change the site, the catalog and the price list at any time. Such changes do not apply to an order already paid for.
6. Limitation of liability
The site and its information are provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Our liability for orders is set out in the advertiser terms. These limits do not apply to damage we caused intentionally or through gross negligence, or to the extent the law forbids limiting liability.
7. Channel owners
Channel owners who use the channel owner dashboard will also be bound by a separate agreement with them, setting their share of revenue, payment dates and their veto over advertisers.
8. General
- We may update these terms. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
- These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
